Orders cannot be canceled after being placed.
You must double check your shipping address. If you have entered the wrong shipping information, or if your computer auto-populates the incorrect address and/or zip code, we cannot refund your order, or you must repay for a new order. If your item is shipped back to us from the incorrect address you entered, we will email you upon receipt and with providing the correct address, you will need to re-purchase shipping.
Stacey Marie is NOT responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If any of these occur to your shipment, you need to file a claim with the post office. You will need your tracking number to file this claim so please keep your confirmation emails.
If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package + file your own claim. USPS is our favored carrier.
